Reporting to a knowledgeable and resourceful HR team, this role offers variety where no day will be the same. This fantastic position allows you to be truly involved in the business while offering a real mix of administration.
You will be tasked with a range of opportunities that may include;
- Co-ordination of pre-employment; the whole process
- Assisting with recruitment needs; Data entry
- Filing and collating documentation
- Generating contracts and vacancies
- Responsible for ensuring all record maintenance is filed correctly
About you:
- Previous experience in an HR Administration Role
- Enthusiastic and Reliable
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prick up new process’s quickly and accurately
