Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Advisor to be Hotel based in Paihia. You will advise and support our two regional hotels in matters relating to HR, Recruitment, Immigration and Health & Safety. You will ensure talent pipelines are managed and developed to maximise the hotel operation and the company; analyse data for optimum service and efficiency and work with the wider HR team on national projects.
As a Human Resources team, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and are dedicated and passionate about contributing towards positive business outcomes through the delivery of best practice advice and support. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, but based in Paihia working with the Copthorne Hotel & Resort Bay of Islands and the Kingsgate Autolodge Paihia, you will be fully supported to be successful in your role and you will benefit from a close working relationship with the Regional General Manager.

To be successful in this role you will be a proactive and flexible team player used to working in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have proven experience working within HR.
