- A family-like team of 170 permanent staff and about 1500 for the packing season
We operate five packhouses and 35 coolstores for kiwifruit, avocados and feijoas on our 20ha site in Te Puke.
For us, packing and storing fruit is personal. With 170 permanent staff, we welcome up to 1,500 other staff from 45 different nationalities during kiwifruit harvest season.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a challenge to join our team. You will take a leading role in the ongoing management, development, implementation and enhancement of safety systems, initiatives and H&S compliance processes. This is a key role requiring an experienced, energetic, people person who will fit with the culture of our company.
You’ll have:

Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety; legislation, guidance and standards
Experience in the field and in contractor management.
