This position will support the senior managers on TV, and digital platform projects from pre-green-light through production and delivery. Fantastic opportunity to get on the ground floor of the esports and broadcasting industry in a company with a full slate and awesome team.

Key Responsibilities:

Tournament coordinator for events and tournaments

  • Tournament scheduling and ruleset

  • Management of player and teams requests

  • Producing tournament collateral (e.g. schedule, run-sheets, budgets, liaising with suppliers etc.)

  • Supporting the organisation event and tournament logistics

  • Management and execution of broadcast and live events (incl. set up, running the event and pack down)

Administrative support for Senior Managers

  • Personal assistant to the CEO and COO

  • Diary management, minute taking and travel booking

  • Preparation of documents and proofreading

  • Maintain up-to-date organisation of filing systems

  • Manage requests for Accounts, Legal, HR, Marketing and Sponsorship

  • Staff management of  casual staff

  • Understands the pipeline from the angle of each department.

  • Ad hoc support as required

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in events or a similar role

  • Strong ability to multitask, with several tasks on the go at one time while meeting extremely tight deadlines and pressures

  • Demonstrated experience working in an administration, clerical or secretarial role

  • Experience in establishing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in preparing internal communications, agendas, minutes, reports and presentations

  • High attention to detail

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
