AUT Hospitality Services provide world class catering, event management and audio & visual services to a wide range of internal and external clients across 4 campuses in Auckland as well as providing services to external venues.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to hit the ground running and provide quality service to AUT Hospitality Services customers, both internal and external. Note that this position is not for audio visual installers.
This person will also have a can-do attitude and pride themselves on their attention to detail and helpful friendly approach to their work.
The successful applicant will possess:
- At least 2 years' experience in LIVE audio-visual industry
- Superb attention to detail and be highly organised
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- High level of customer service
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experienced in organising, running and operating live shows is an advantage
- Knowledge in live sounds, stage/theatre lighting, visual and event design/production
- Technical knowledge of audio & visual equipment
- Good understanding of health & safety in relations to the audio-visual industry
- Full driver's license
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and small trucks
