FlexiGroup is all about helping our customers make more moments possible. We do that through our products Q Card, Q Mastercard, Farmers Finance Card, Flight Centre Mastercard and Oxipay. We like to help our customers keep their accounts on track. As our Customer Support Representative, we need you to help our customers do that.
Our approach is to assist customers through difficulties, being as supportive as possible while enabling rehabilitation and retention of their business. These roles will mainly be focused on contacting customers with early arrears. Sometimes, this involves having assertive conversations and negotiating with our customers to get them back on track again. After your initial training period, you will be working hours as follows:
- Monday - Wednesday, 12.00pm - 8.30pm
- Thursday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Some Saturday shifts required
You will have at least 2 years' experience within a contact centre environment. Experience within a previous collections role is preferred. You will need to be proactive by nature, have energy, confidence, exceptional customer service skills and strong data entry skills. Strong verbal communication, the ability to negotiate and problem solve is key.
