As a Contact Centre Representative you will be responsible for:
- Taking a genuine interest in each customer by assessing customer needs and finding solutions for their insurance needs
- Working with our customers to help eliminate their stress and provided certainty.
- Pro-actively exploring all customers service and sales enquiries, looking at how you can consistently add value in every customer interaction
- Being a supportive and actively involved team player - contributing ideas to continually improve our customer experience
- Getting involved in team competitions and fun days
You will start with 5 ½ weeks of full time paid training to get you up to speed. Once graduated from training, you will move on to a rotating roster, working 7.5 hour shifts totalling 37.5 hours a week between 8am - 8pm on weekdays, and 8am - 6pm on weekends.
