We’re looking for an enthusiastic outgoing problem solver to expand our digital team.  Based in our East Tamaki support office we are continuing our digital transformation with ever more digital solutions that make the lives of our workmates and customers easier.

In this new role you'll act as a Salesforce and Google Suite help-desk assisting all team members to better utilise our digital platforms.  The role will involve Salesforce Administration, training & documentation as well as reporting & business analysis for a range of users from field reps and senior managers.  Working alongside our Digital Solutions Manager you'll also be actively involved in the role out of several significant digital projects over the coming year.

You must be comfortable working with a range of digital systems and have high levels of numeracy & attention to detail. You'll need an excellent customer service attitude and appropriate written and verbal skills to train and interact with a range of team members and capabilities.

To be successful you'll need at least one year's Salesforce Admin experience and be either Salesforce certified or progressing towards it. Exposure to marketing automation tools is also preferred but not essential.
