- Exciting opportunity for experienced Network Engineers
- Role based in Wellington CBD

COMSMART specialises in project and change delivery, and IT service delivery capability. This includes consulting, project management, business analysis, architecture, and engineering. Our focus is on delivering successful projects, including hardware and software platform replacements, business and solution design, proof of concepts, system builds, and implementation.
Due to current demands we have 3 contract positions available and a permanent role working on various projects with a variety of our clients.
Network Engineer – Firewall
Our client urgently requires a Network Engineer to assist with firewall changes (mostly executed by Revera). You will need to be good with processes and ideally know the Revera process. Hands on firewall experience is required for this three months contract role. This role will start immediately.
Network Engineer – Security (Checkpoint/Fortinet)
Starting ASAP our client is needing a Security Design Engineer, someone who can design, build and implement changes as well as follow robust change control. If you have previous design and build experience and knowledge of Checkpoint or Fortinet we want to hear from you. This contract is four months initially.
Network Engineer – Design
Contract position taking you out to 2019! Our client requires a Network Engineer with the ability to do network designs, but also with hands on build experience. The preferred candidate will be a generalist with LAN/WAN, Switching/Routing, Firewall experience. AWS knowledge and experience is preferable and any experience connecting up an AWS environment.
Permanent – Network Engineer
COMSMART is looking for a Network Engineer to join the team. You will be working on a variety of projects with a number of our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and you must be comfortable in a customer facing environment.
Relevant Network Certifications are an advantage for all four roles.
