We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Hastings.

Our ideal applicant will have proven experience in a similar administration role, ideally having spent some time working in an automotive dealership environment.

You will also need to have:

• Excellent customer handling skills
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills
• The ability to cope under pressure
• Confidence on a computer - able to pick up new systems.

You'll become part of the front-line face of our busy service department and be responsible for answering phones, taking bookings, invoicing, controlling the workflow to our team of 7 technicians and ensuring that our customers receive a high level of customer service at all times!
