We are a rapidly growing NZ company with a great portfolio of products and an all hands on deck attitude. We are passionate about all things natural and organic and we need a customer services star to help complete the office team.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage sales order processing, customer enquiries and provide all our customers with the best possible experience. You will also have your own portfolio of customers to look after and generate sales from on a monthly basis, so some sales skills and a cheerful phone manner are key.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collating inbound sales order via web/ phone/ fax and email and entering them into our system
- Generating sales and revenue from your customer portfolio
- Responding to all inbound enquiries (phone and email)
- First point of contact for enquiries
- General administrative assistance and other daily office tasks
To be the perfect addition to our team you will need:
- 1 to 3 years customer service experience, previous sales experience would be a plus
- A strong sense of initiative, great problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Great people skills and a great phone manner
- Tenacity, positivity and a can-do attitude
- A genuine passion for natural and organic products and a willingness to learn
