The role
Based in a small and supportive team environment you will be fielding nationwide and international calls from stressed individuals. You will be providing excellent customer service, empathetic support and booking appointments. This role will require multi-tasking with administrative duties.
The hours
Full time Monday – Sunday. Four shift patterns rotate weekly:
- 7.30am – 4pm
- 8:30am – 5pm
- 9 – 5:30pm
- 11am – 7pm
The ideal candidate
- Have proven phone based or administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Be resilient
- Remain calm under pressure
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- NZ Citizen or Resident
