About The Role
We are looking to employ an additional Network Architect or Senior Network Engineer for our Professional Services team.
This role is Wellington based and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Network Architect/Engineer to enhance their skills and progress their career.
The role will include undertaking the following tasks for our customers:
- Data network and security consulting
- WAN/LAN network architecture and design
- WAN/LAN network implementation
- Network security architecture and design
- Network security implementation
What We Need From You
You must have the legal right to work permanently in New Zealand. Applicants who do not have this legal right will not be considered.
To protect our clients and our reputation you must also agree to undertake a NZ Police Vetting check or a Criminal Record check.
You will ideally possess most, if not all, of the following technical skills:
- In depth routing and switching experience (design and implementation)
- In depth wireless LAN experience (design and implementation)
- In depth network security experience (design and implementation)
- Significant experience in writing technical documentation (network architecture documents, high level design documents, detail design documents, implementation plans, change control documents, technical specs, as built diagrams etc.)
- A minimum of 4 years experience as a Network Engineer or Network Architect
