Our client has an extensive history of developing innovative software for the energy and utilities sector, with a long list of clients. They are looking for talented programmers who want to take the plunge into a new tech stack. We are specifically looking for individuals who hold experience working in industries such as, but not limited to, energy, gas or water. Further to this you could bring hands on experience with SAP ISU/CSS, Oracle CC&B, or a similar billings solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers to ensure understanding of their requirements
• Analysis of service requests and user requirements from customers
• Design and programming of agreed modifications to system
• Testing of modifications and quality assurance of system
• Documentation of code
• Promotion of benefits of system to existing and new customers

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum of 3 years commercial experience.
• Experience with one of the following programming languages; Java, C#, C, or C++
• Experience working with billing software . This will include experience across one of the following; SAP ISU, Oracle CC&B, or Data Meter Management 
• Strong functional knowledge of business process.
• An eye for producing quality code with strong documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication as you may be engaging with clients on a daily basis.
