Our large private sector client is seeking to engage a Technical Support / Service Desk Manager, on contract, for a duration of 6 months to lead and direct an existing busy team.
  
This is a varied role where you will responsible for an internal support team responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and service to business stakeholders nationally.
  
We are seeking the following skills and experience:
  • Prior experience managing a technical support / help desk function
  • A natural problem solver with an appreciation for best practice
  • Collaborative management style
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • A mix of strategic and tactical experience
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills
