We are looking for a Service Designer to work on an initial 3 - 6 month contract. You will be working on a technology platform project with a focus on bringing together a number of vendors and creating an exceptional customer experience, service design, and technology IT service catalogues for the business. 

To be considered for this role you will able to point to the following to date:

• Previous experience working on technology projects and be able to identify, create, and implement customer-centric journey. 
• A passion for creating human-centred experiences that delight end users and solves business problems.
• You bring a toolkit of methods, processes, and approaches that you’ve built up over time
• Effective communicator and presenter, verbal, written and visual, with the ability to lead or contribute to workshops
