THE OPPORTUNITY
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you will lead the regional implementation of policy, process, technology changes and system improvements within Building Consents. This includes reviews, audits, analysis of process documentation and making recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for the development and delivery of operational training on Regulatory Support functions region wide.
ABOUT YOU
Having worked in a training, senior role or at team leader level within a large organisation, you're passionate about process improvement to enhance the customer service experience. You’ll be experienced in business, systems or process management, ideally in a regulatory environment.
Your proactive approach in investigating and identifying best practice improvements will be key aligned with Auckland Council's Building Consents focus in providing local and regional building consenting services to ensure Auckland has safe and sustainable buildings.
