Accordo is the world leader in providing software asset management (SAM) services for small to medium business (SMB) customers of global software publishers.

The Role:

The Systems Analyst’s primary role is to help maintain and develop the systems used to manage workloads for most teams (Axosoft) and the Internet phone system (PureCloud Connect).  This includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting and identifying data issues, managing phone user accounts, performing checks and system backups.  This individual is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of these systems. 

There are also occasions where you will be asked to help define and implement solutions or process improvement projects. Designing, planning, testing and rolling out of these solutions, as well as monitoring the impact of those changes.

Qualifications/Length of service – Desirable:

• University degree or equivalent qualification in the field of computer science or related field and some demonstrable experience or knowledge of MS SQL Server, PureCloud Connect administration or Project Management Software administration.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and JSON would be a bonus
