The Role
As a Service Desk Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients who have problems or need assistance. In a proactive and professional manner, the Service Desk Operator will service calls, log jobs and action the jobs to the right people. The right candidate will understand that every phone call is a different client that has their own unique relationship with this company. Every caller deserves top quality service with an element of priority. The right person for this temping assignment will be upbeat and enthusiastic. Organisation of tasks and the ability to multi task is essential, as this is a fast paced environment.
