Job Purpose:

Gathers business requirements, creates and reviews product and customization specifications, customer support, customer projects (gap and implementation), testing, documentation, assumes product ownership as required, provides guidance to the DevOps team.

Involvement in product strategy and solution investigations in close collaboration with CTO, Product Owner, other BAs and DevOps.

Other responsibilities:

Some flexibility is expected to attend conference calls with overseas office and customers, which can be outside of normal working hours. Customer projects may be conducted internationally and certain travel activity is expected.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• IT/IS/Business (or comparable) Bachelor or Master degree
• Experience in business analysis, project management, software testing 
• Experience in hands-on software development a plus 

Required Skills:

IT Skills

• Understanding agile software development and scrum approach      
• Understanding of software product approach and product management       
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks a plus       
• Experience with webservices and other integration methods a plus       
• Java or other programming language experience a plus       
• UI/UX experience a plus       

General Skills
