Join this small and growing private sector company located in central Wellington. This organisation specialises in providing economic data to a wide range of businesses through a web interface and are growing due to expanding into new markets.
You will be joining a flexible and family friendly workplace, open to people working remotely (they currently have two employees working from separate off-site locations). You will also work closely with a great bunch of really smart people.
What will you do?
You will be one of two Data Analysts working closely with a team of Economists to build / provide data reporting solutions, as well as support the MS SQL databases.

Use BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau to pull together data. You will work closely with economists to conceptualise new products which will transform economic data into key insights for clients.
- Improve existing data products with a new functionality.

Improve databases/ETL development.
What will you have?

Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau or
-
Microsoft SQL databases and ETL development

Good Excel skills with the ability to get data from Excel into SQL Server

Strong problem solving skills

Ideally knowledge or experience working with Economists or Statisticians
