At Fraedom, our delivery group implements the concept of a Practice which is a functional grouping of skills-sets and methodologies within our delivery environment. For us, development starts from involvement with the generation of ideas and solutions and encompasses the design, coding testing, both manual and automated, and, enhancements documentation of solutions, fixes and others updates to the platform.

Key Skills and Experience:           

• Strong technical skills in MS SQL server space including SQL Server 2008R2 and more recent
• Development and debugging of ETL Processing in particular SSIS and data file handling.
• Expertise in Performance Tuning
• Development and debugging of complex Stored Procedures
• Source control
• Ability to consult widely and frequently with the business, development and architecture
• Experience working with large and complex databases
• Nice to have exposure to No SQL, Power Pivot, Tableau etc.
• Good communication skills, able to work in a team environment, self-motivated are some of the key attributes
