We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our I.T team.  Reporting to the Manager, Desktop Support for Oceania, this is a key support role to the business ensuring that Service Level Agreements for our customers are exceeded by providing our employees with an exceptional end user experience. 

This role will include the following key accountabilities:
  • Answering calls or tickets to support end users with applications, hardware, software, and networking
  • Managing and scheduling hardware deployment across the organisation
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in person and remotely, resolving and documenting solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Desktop Operating System and Application issues
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and efficient customer service.
What you will bring:
You will have an ITIL certification with previous experience within an IT Service desk or IT support role being highly advantageous. You must have a strong understanding of physical client, networking and server equipment and an innate ability to multi-task and manage multiple urgent priorities.  Overall you will have a strong customer focus, a friendly, can-do attitude and a passion for providing quality outcomes.
