Exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to manage and take ownership of a testing practice.

About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to establish a testing function for an industry leading organisation.
As a proven Test Lead with a good foundation across the testing lifecycle, you will be experienced in managing testing processes, standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on decisions relating to Testing
• Formulate and implement Testing strategies and practices
• Prepare and review test plans & reports
• Hands on testing as and when required
• Assist the development of user training and change management associated with projects
• Build and maintain strong internal and external
Key Requirements:
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven vendor relationship management skills
• Strong leadership capability
• Resource management experience desirable
