As a Digital Product Owner, you'll play a critical role to inspire and motivate scrum teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions to enable NZ Post to deliver what people care about. You will use your sound commercial acumen, a hunger for data and passion for engaging with customers to ensure that scrum teams build the right product while representing the customer by maintaining and prioritizing the team backlog to ensure that the outcomes maximize customer and business value. You'll work with the wider digital team and key stakeholders to ensure digital solutions are captured and aligned with the business strategy and ensure the impact of changes are measured and understood.
Key to your success in this role will be your previous experience in agile product enhancement and management, and you'll have a minimum of 3 years working in an agile team. You'll be well versed in developing/managing digital capabilities across various digital channels, have managed a product roadmap with multiple stakeholders and have demonstrated experience in digital product design and ‘test and learn' methodologies. We're looking for innovative thinkers that challenge the status quo and develop creative, engaging and intuitive digital solutions for customers, using a customer centric mindset.
