Over the last 80 years the Gallagher Animal Management team has built an international reputation for creating innovative product solutions for its farming and lifestyle audiences. In this role you will join the R&D Animal Management Weighing and EID team, a team that's committed to delivering innovation solutions to meet their ongoing customer needs.
To be successful in this position you will need to be a proactive/self-disciplined individual. You will be happy working in an agile environment; multi-tasking and changing priorities as business needs change won’t bother you. Your previous experience in automation testing will enable the team to remain fast and agile without compromising quality.
You need to have a relevant tertiary degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within industry. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling you to easily build good rapport with your internal and external customers.
Specific skills that you need to be considered for this role:
- Experience with testing web, mobile and desktop applications.
- Experience in testing mobile applications over simulated Android and iOS devices.
- Experience in automation testing using selenium and appium, or similar framework.
- Experience automation script writing with Ruby / Python or similar.
- Experience with system performance and load testing.
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of AWS IaaS platforms and services.
- Knowledge of using database system (SQL, noSQL)
- Knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing, DHCP, switching & routing etc
