Continuing our growth path, we are looking for a Customer Support Superstar.

Working as part of a team, the Customer Support Analyst is responsible for the effective and efficient handling and an end to end lifecycle management of Customer Incidents. The Customer Support Analyst will also draw on their skills as a service professional using their initiative and natural flair to resolve Customer Incidents within agreed SLAs and expectations. 

Key to this position will be customer awareness and responsive to the customer needs.

Skills that Fraedom is looking for: -

  • Proven customer support experience, especially in an IT product environment
  • Proven analysis experience
  • Experience working with teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience in transactional systems e.g. banking, finance, telecommunications, etc. would be advantageous
  • ITIL certification
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting and ability to resolve issues
