ComputerCare NZ is a leading IT Service Provider who has been operating for over 28 years in Manawatu, Whanganui and Hawkes Bay.

This is a hands-on team leader role. Along with resolving Tier 1 and 2 support issues you will also be confident with leading a team that provides “first line” technical support to our valued clients. You will have a background in the IT Industry, be cognisant of Support Centre Operations and ongoing service improvement.

The ideal candidate will have;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- an adaptable can-do attitude and be highly productive
- a passion for leading a team that provides outstanding client service
- IT and/or Service Management qualifications/certifications
- competency in managing high performing technical teams
- competency in toolsets utilised in Support
Centre operations - experience in the SMB/corporate sector
