You are an experienced customer services professional who enjoys front line customer interactions, whether it be face to face, over the phone, or electronically. You would love to become knowledgeable about all facets of Council business so that you can provide exceptional service to our community.

That's where you come in. On a day to day basis you will be providing first point of contact to our customers. You will provide them with information and advice, champion the use of online systems, accept and process payments, and participate in consultation processes as required.
