The Company:

Are an IT Services company that work across the private and public sector. They are going through another growth period having won another account. They are a company that support you, they put their team through loads of training and are always looking for a way to give you opportunities.


The Role:

They are building a brand new team to manage, repair and maintain one of their client sites. You will not be just sitting out a desk all day answering calls you will be out and about. 

Duties & Experience:

• Experience providing level 1 & 2 support
• Apple and/or Microsoft desktop support experience  
• Experience supporting Office 365 
• Experience supporting Smart Devices 
• Basic networking and wireless network 
• Audio Visual experience is a huge advantage 
• Ability to research the answer 
• Excellent communicational skills
• Have a passion for technology 
• You will need to be a self starter and be able to self manage in this role
