Senior Development Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the efforts of the software developer to deliver systems within guidelines for schedule, cost and quality. 
• Mentoring software engineers on the software development lifecycle and engineering practices. 
• Excellent knowledge of front and back end development 
• Provide technical direction and leadership to the technical architecture and database design.
• Participate at all levels of software development life cycle such as iterative or agile software methods.
• Have a good understanding of Agile methodology
• Lead the creation and enforcement of designs, programming and testing standards.

Required Skills:

• Development experience in an enterprise sized manufacturing environment
• Minimum eight years overall information technology experience including hands-on experience at a Senior Software Engineer level or equivalent
• Experience managing technical development teams to adherence
• Experience with product release management
• Development experience in C#.Net, SQL, VB.Net, Crystal reports, DBA Skills,  Visual Studio, SQL Server, RESTful web services, Access Database among others.
• Experience with using a structured approach while managing software development or system integration efforts
• Ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business and analytical discussions across all disciplines
