Our Client is looking for a new member to join their team who truly believe that customer experience is key. They are undergoing a huge digital transformation and need a Product Designer to join them.  UX is really the core of the business, they are looking for someone who understands their customers needs.

Responsibilities:

• Walking through the design process and carefully crafting designs, wireframes and prototypes
• Getting the product through from design, development and delivery
• Defining the end goal and getting the team across the finish line exceeding all expectations
• Time management to reach given deadlines
• Effectively communicating conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both visually and verbally to team members, stakeholders, and executives.
• Visual design thinking, data and user research to create the best marketing strategy
• Creating amazing user-experience for the customer to easily understand and enjoy the product
• Collaborating cross-functionally to understand business requirements and develop solutions, that impact the bottom line and solve real user problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years designing for multiple platforms experience
• 3+ years as a senior visual and interaction designer or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent grasp of the design thinking and prototyping process, including product/interaction/ visual
• Design tools:  Sketch, Invision, and Zeplin.
• A strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve customer needs
• Experience in user testing and design research including qualitative and quantitative research, observational research, usability testing, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluation, and writing and executing research protocols
• Expert presentation skills, you will need to communicate your way of thinking across the team.
• Participating in the decision making and be able to provide valuable input
• Have a passion for User Experience and Customer Experience
