Top tier Architecture firm looking for an Architect to work on education projects in Auckland.
Your new company
Our client is an established architectural practice that has offices in Australia and New Zealand. Due to an increase in workload, specifically within their Education and Commercial space, this practice now seek a Project Architect to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting into a Director this role will see you responsible for managing medium-large sized education projects from initial client briefing through to construction. This role will see you responsible for managing a small internal team, liaising directly with clients and consultants and taking projects through every stage of the construction process. Utilising your Revit experience you will be able to manage the documentation process, be responsible for quality assurance as well as be happy to document yourself when need be.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 6 years experience and possess good knowledge of local building codes. Ideally you would have worked as a Project Architect or Project Leader previously but we would also encourage candidates that are looking to make the step up to also apply. This is an education based role, so experience within this sector is ideal. It is important that you have worked on medium to large scale projects. Practical experience using Revit is advantageous but not a must.
