Collections Representative - ASAP start date
- Work in a Customer Service focussed Collections role in the Financial Services industry, Banking.

Position Summary:
- Monday - Friday hours - no weekends! Standard business hours
- Managing the collection of payments on the company portfolio’s – direct with the customer, maintaining a great brand experience and customer resolution on each call
- Making sure you are aware of customer retention
- Work with customers to ensure repayment of outstanding debt - giving a personalised experience that is a win win for the customer and the company at the same time
- Handle inbound collections calls and respond to general queries
- Achieve overall KPI’s
Experience required:
- Phone based Collections experience of at least 6 months +
- Demonstrate a high level of resilience and be able to work in fast paced demanding environment
- Self-motivated with a great work ethic
- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain a firm but fair empathetic approach when dealing with customers
- Must be results oriented, with a high level of integrity and commitment
- Must be organized, flexible, analytical and resilient when dealing with difficult situations
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet departmental deadlines
- A natural ability to build relationships
