We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Project Manager to join our team, based in Auckland and reporting to the Manager, Operations and Optimisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for improving the business processes in our Customer Care team by leading and delivering key initiatives on behalf of Customer Care business owners. You will also analyze issues, understand root cause and define new business improvement initiatives.
As a Business Process Delivery Manager, some of the ways you will contribute;
- Lead key programmes and initiatives from idea through to delivery to the business
- Work to analyze issues, identify root cause and frame initiatives to solution
- Manage key stakeholders ensuring they are well informed
- Act as business owner for nominated work
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Proven planning and management skills
- Problem solving ability and broad thinking skills
- Experience in driving change across organisations
- High quality and effective oral and written communication
- Outstanding facilitation and influencing skills
- Strong customer orientation
