The Opportunity:

The heart of this role is to provide expert payroll support and advice to our New Zealand SME clients around all things payroll. You’ll join our small, tight-knit team of client support experts and add your drive, capability and flair to a star crew. You don’t need to be a payroll expert to join - we’ll help you to become one!

The role:

MYOB are looking to hire talent with fire in their bellies and customer service on their minds. You will be responsible for empowering our customers and partners to also become experts in all things payroll. You'll play a pivotal role in our customers making key business decisions through the interactions and support you provide. While we see this an important role, and one we take seriously, we have created a fun, relaxed and supportive environment to do it in.

What you will bring:

  • You are a customer service champion. You have the drive and desire to resolve any issue in order to make our clients successful. It's your "itch" that needs scratching.
  • In our eyes as a customer service advocate, your communication game needs to be a strong! That goes for both written and spoken...after all you will be answering our customer’s complex queries over the phone, face-to-face, through emails or chat.
  • You are interested in learning everything there is to know about Australian Payroll and helping to support leading Payroll products. Don’t fret you don’t need to be a Payroll expert already!
  • You've a strong interest in all things technical. You're certainly not the type to blink twice when we mention Cloud computing principles, Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • This team is about building success, continuous improvement and really capturing what it means to the voice of the customer. To be considered a great fit for MYOB you'll want to learn, be willing to try new things and be comfortable working with pace and energy!
