Enthusiastic person required for part time, approximately 20 hours per week, customer service and office administration position.

 

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in an office environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent phone manner
  • A team player
  • Good computer skills including great excel knowledge
  • Lots of initiative
  • Knowledge of Xero would be helpful
  • Experience in the meat industry and meat cuts would be advantageous.

 

The role will involve assisting our office manager and sales administrator with their day to day tasks, as such the role will be varied. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Reception and frontline customer service
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Supporting management in all aspects of administration
  • Purchasing and ordering
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
