APL Windows Solutions is the parent company of New Zealand’s popular window and door brands Altherm, First and Vantage and an exciting opportunity exist for an experienced Commercial Projects Coordinator to join the Commercial Support team.
  
This role is based in our modern state of the art commercial building on Wairere Drive in Hamilton.  The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a sound understanding of construction and window systems with proven administration skills to coordinate the delivery of commercial projects. If you have the following we would like to hear from you:
 
Sound knowledge of architectural plans and specifications

• A good understanding of window systems, windloads and associated structural members
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred but not essential
• Autocad experience will be an advantage.

This is a critical role in ensuring project leadtimes are met by maintaining workflow to both internal and external drafting resources. As such you will work closely with the Commercial Systems Manager to ensure customer expectations are met.
 
Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal)

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work within a team
