EA to Chief Financial Officer

Media is an exciting and fast-paced industry where no two days are the same, deadlines are immovable, confidentiality is crucial and your priorities can change at any moment. Working across our Eden Terrace and Ponsonby Road sites, the primary function of this key position is to support and anticipate the requirements of our CFO.

We're looking for an experienced EA who has exceptional communication and organisational skills, someone who's able to deal effectively, and professionally, with key stakeholders at all levels. Equally important, will be your ability to build strong cohesive relationships and know what is happening across the business. To thrive in this role you will be the type of person who has a tonne of initiative and can effectively triage priorities. You're also an independent thinker, sometimes priorities and levels of urgency change here so you need to be able to pick things up with little instruction.

You're used to ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively and you tend to be the person who keeps things on track - you're always one step ahead. In fact you are the quintessential "go to" person because you make accurate judgement calls whilst maintaining an air of calm positivity. Make no mistake, this is a busy and varied role and there may be times where you are required to work outside of normal office hours but we can promise you that the work and people are interesting (good interesting).

If you have media experience that would be a bonus, but it's not a deal breaker. What is more important is that you are people focused, highly organised, efficient and have the ability to be proactive whilst remaining reactive to anything coming your way. If this sounds like you then apply now!
