We are in need of a person with accounts/bookkeeping experience to join our growing team. You’ll be a real numbers person who is organised and has a passion for getting things done.

 

Camistry is a digital video agency focused on helping clients use video to drive business results, through strategy, production and placement.  We focus and report on measurable campaign results. Working with large New Zealand brands our mission is to keep marketing managers and team 2 steps ahead.

 

The opportunity

Primarily you will manage the accounts side of the business, with some additional admin responsibilities. You will work ensuring that we have accurate record keeping on all jobs ensuring the seamless flow of information back to the team on project statuses and budgets. You will work with a team of producers, editors and client partners to ensure our workflows are running smoothly and that client schedules are up to date at all times. This role would suit someone with a very strong eye for detail and exceptional communication skills.

 

The key responsibilities are to:

  • Manage all accounts information
  • Provide reporting on utilization and financial forecasting
  • Follow up payments from creditors
  • Process quotes to invoices and send deposit invoices to clients
  • Code supplier invoices to correct to jobs
  • Schedule jobs into work schedule

 

This is a role with flexible hours designed for someone who wants to work with flexibility to balance other commitments. We require someone to be in the office 4 or 5 days per week so this could suit someone who wants to work school hours or part-time, or this could be a full-time role for the right person. 

 

Your strengths

Perhaps you have been involved with creditor management, accounting, accounts management, and general administration. If have experience managing financials as well as managing projects and admin tasks then this is the role for you.
