Are you a highly organised administrator who always likes to be one step ahead? We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for a fun office in Auckland CBD starting ASAP for initially 6 weeks.
- $25 per hour + 8% Holiday
- Potential to extend or lead to a permanent opportunity

Our client is responsible for organising events within the Auckland Region. Day to day you’ll be responsible for maintaining positive client relationships by providing excellent customer service and sales administration support. Key duties will include:
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner
- Organise meetings and venue visits
- Maintain accurate information on the client database
- Order marketing materials when required
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- General administration to support the team
We need a creative individual, who has high energy and proven client relationship skills. In addition, to be successful you will have:
- 3+ years in administration, project coordination, sales or marketing related positions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of SAP procurement would be beneficial
