About the role:
Visionstream NZ is actively sourcing an enthusiastic Onboarding Coordinator within our Ultra-Fast Broadband Connect team. The core function will be to provide and coordinate the onboarding activities for our fibre provisioning team. Located in Central Auckland, this is a permanent opportunity reporting into the Programme Manager. This includes:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination with various internal teams
- Update all onboarding records to meet on boarding requirements
- Arrange and book training
- Prioritise work/candidates for training
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, both internal and external
- Participate and promote continuous improvement
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within a similar role, specifically administration, scheduling and project coordination
- Advanced communication and influencing skills
- Ability to plan and operate under pressure
- Ability to coordinate and effective time management
- Computer literacy and experience with databases
