  • Monday to Friday hours, standard business hours
  • $26 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Airport location, immediate start
What
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working as part of a tight-knit team of 3, this role provides customer support orders and shipments coming into the business.

This busy and demanding role will require you to handle a number of different priorities:
  • Managing export docs and coordinating of shipments
  • Liaising with both manufacturers and customers to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
  • Processing new orders
  • Managing customer service enquiries to managing out of stock issues
  • Providing reporting on current stock on hand and

Who
To be successful in this role you will have experience in providing excellent customer service always, preferably in a manufacturing/operational environment. 

You will also have:
  • A good understanding of the logistics/supply chain would be beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills are a must; there is little room for error and customer satisfaction is our main priority
  • Proven experience working within a tight team environment with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Strong problem-solving skills along with good computer skills are a must
  • Intermediate Excel skills
