We have hundreds of engineering projects coming at us, all unique and all requiring quick turn around with excellent solutions. We are focused on supporting our diverse customers engineering needs.
Your top six focus areas will be:

Creating and managing jobs on our business systems

Liaison between customers and engineers

Administer documentation processes

Ensure customers get the results they expect, when they expect them - follow up to ensure customers are happy with the work done

Phone & email communication - both internal and external to ensure client satisfaction

Assist the Operations team to manage the day to day running of the office including accounts administration, reception, and office support tasks.
