About the Role

  • Auckland – North Shore location (close to public transport)
  • One Part-time role
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 1:00PM

As the Corporate Receptionist based at one of Converga’s Corporate client sites, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will ensure a five-star experience is received. The Corporate Receptionist is required to maintain confidentiality, show discretion, represent the client in ethical and professional manner and also maintain a comprehensive knowledge of organisation structure and employees.

Main Duties

  • Answering phone calls promptly, professionally and attentively
  • Greeting and directing internal and external clients with a 5-star customer mindset at all times
  • Responsible for the efficient utilisation of  the Visitor Registration System
  • Management of all incoming and outgoing couriers/mail
  • Ensuring the reception and waiting area is immaculate at all times
  • Management of Visitor/Staff carparks
  • Stationery ordering and management and other administration duties
  • Assist with showroom bookings and related tasks  
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Converga and client Health & Safety Standards

Key Requirements

  • Able to work part time – 5 hours per day and be flexible
  • Proven experience in Corporate Reception environment  (minimum of 2 years)
  • Enjoy supporting a diverse, high energy team
  • Superior organisational skills, professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills - excel software experience required
  • Excellent communication skills – client facing and telephone
  • A positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable nature
  • Ability to work within a team and independently when needed is crucial
