Beyond Recruitment is looking for an energetic and positive Sales Co-ordinator - someone who is looking for a step up from your typical Customer Service role.

We are looking for someone with the right kind of attitude and focus for this role - someone who cares about what they do and how they do it.

Our client has an extensive product range in the manufacturing sector so you will need to take your time answering queries, placing orders and developing your skills and knowledge of the product range and of the customer base.

You will be the champion for the customer by meeting and exceeding their demands. You will ensure long-term relationships with customers over the phone, via email or as a walk-in customer.   And you will work closely with the Territory Managers as their sales support to build and develop your own personal relationships with key accounts.

The role involves:

• Daily processing of customer orders & quotations
• Answering customer queries over the telephone, via email and face to face
• Communication with & daily support of Territory Managers

Your experience:

• Experienced in a customer service or sales support
• Previous exposure to CRM or ERP systems, along with strong MS Office skills will be a big advantage.
• Equipped with strong Computer skills – particularly the Microsoft suite of products.
