An excellent opportunity has become available for an ambitious, self-motivated and experienced Customer Services Manager to lead our National Customer Service Centre, located on the North Shore. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic customer service professional to represent our company to customers on the move. If you are an excellent communicator who loves variety, a fast paced environment and leading a Team, then this is the ideal job for you.
This is a role that requires a passion for excellent customer service and is responsible for moving thousands of customers around New Zealand and overseas.
The successful candidate will be:
- Able to lead, develop and manage a busy and energetic team
- An experienced manager with relevant removals or logistics experience
- Focused on the delivery of superior service
- Motivated by challenge and highly resilient
- Customer focused – pro-active and relational
- Commercially astute, understands sales and costing methodology.
- Able to work with detailed procedures and protocols
- Lead and motivate a small team.
