A&S are the leading structural steel fabricator located in Albany, Northshore, Auckland. We have have a team of 18 people and want to add you to our team.
You will run the office handling day to day functions in a busy office so the Director & GM can continue to grow the business.
Your role will report to our GM- Jim Marsh
You will be,
- Hands on with a can do attitude
- Hardworking
- Detail driven
- Account savvy (We have an accountant to assist us with monthly P&Ls, but you will do A/Cs payable, receivable etc)
- Customer driven
- A team player working with our contracts & factory teams
- Computer savvy. We use MYOB & Ostendo software for projects
- Payroll & time sheets management will be a key part of the role
- Ideally you have worked in a building or associated industry as we deal with contracts, retentions & claims
- Be prepared to learn the role from ground up
