You will be working closely with the Administration Manager to assist with the day to day running of our busy Head Office in Mount Wellington. You will be experienced in running the daily activities of an office, including customer service, administration and assisting management when required.  Providing excellent customer service will be your passion!

The Successful Candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for banking and distribution
  • Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedure; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions and managing any clerical functions
  • Maintain the office in excellent condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
  • Be the point person for office management duties including maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, errands and shopping
  • Responsible for sending out customer statements
  • Processing of the payroll on a fortnightly basis

The Successful Candidate will possess the following competencies:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
