Our Investment Team are looking for an energetic, onto-it smart administrator to run the team's schedules and admin requirements.
On a day to day, the team administrator will be involved in:
- Maintaining the team's calendars
- Scheduling the team's internal and external meetings
- Liaising with clients and organising external events
- Managing the team's expenses by collating invoices, and claiming expenses as required
- Escalating urgent info for the team's immediate attention
- Screening emails, calls and handling requests appropriately
- Prepare reports as needed
We are looking for someone with proven success and right attributes such as:
- At least 2 years of similar experience in office administration role
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion, tact and diplomacy
- Strong organisational and prioritsational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite
